Return and refund policy: 

1. Exchanges are not accepted, nor money is returned. Only applies to credit or refund. If your order has any damage or you have received the wrong product, you have 3 business days after receiving your package to notify us.

2. No money back, only store credit will be given if applicable.

3. It is important that the address provided when making your purchase is correct, we are not responsible for returned packages. IN CASE OF RETURN, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING.

4. For any exchange you must have a receipt .

2. No se devuelve el dinero, solo se otorgará crédito en la tienda si corresponde.

3. Es importante que la dirección proporcionada a la hora de hacer su compra esté correcta, no somos responsables de paquetes devueltos. EN CASO DE DEVOLUCIÓN, EL CLIENTE DEBERÁ PAGAR EL ENVÍO.
